ransomnote: It's not Ruskie progadanda. They set up Yanukovich. Anti-Yanukovich protesters were killed, murders for which Yanukovich was framed.
Our CIA/Deep State wanted a similare outcome for the Richmond, VA 2nd Amendment Protests. They wanted to shoot some people, frame the 2A's in a fenced square. That would result in a gun grab whereas in the Ukraine, it was used to throw Yanukovich out of power. Had there been no 'setup' protest, they would have had to find another way to overthrow the country.
