They can raise rates based on: 1) Scientific data, or 2) Popular misconceptions, as long as the latter are widespread enough (politics, y’know?).
This suggests we may be in store for a hike in rates based on the dangers we face from UFOs. They’ve been in the news lately. Gotta be a reason. :-)
