Easy PR stunt for Grandpa Joe so easy for WH staff. Joe knows what to do with the ice cream, no hard choices about the cone and flavor, and he has practice and enjoys being around children, especially little girls. Trot him out, give him the ice cream, let him pinch some children, take some photos, and get him home before he gets confused.
