I know. I was being sarcastic to point to how the USWNT members have made a big todoo about gay “rights”
Here’s my take:
ANY ‘American’ athlete who is observed taking a knee, disrespecting the flag during or after a medal ceremony, or disrespecting the United States in an interview before or after an event, needs to have the follow actions taken...
1) Upon returning to the US, as soon as their feet touch the ground, they need to be instantly detained.
2) Any medals gained, if any, must be instantly STRIPPED from them and returned to the IOC.
3)Their US Citizenship must be instantly STRIPPED from them.
4)The person must then be, as soon as possible, put on a flight to either Cuba or Venezuela, their choice. They may NOT take any of their luggage or property. Any property they own will be auctioned and the proceeds used to support widows, widowers, and children of US veterans and police officers who have lost their lives in service to their country or communities.
5)Before departure, the person will be informed that if they ever attempt to return to the US, once found, they will be shot on sight as an enemy combatant.
All US Olympic athletes need to have a copy of these consequences given to them and they must sign a copy, stating they fully understand what it says.
PERHAPS....it’ll make those who hate this country THINK TWICE before squirting their mouths off or doing something embarrassing and idiotic.
(Yes....just thinking about what these fools might do makes me extremely PISSED OFF.)
