...do not leave the vehicle charging overnight.
Isn’t that the whole point ... to charge overnight “off-peak”?

Didn’t a guy’s house go up in smoke? Charge it out in the woods.

Do NOT garage these EV cars that may spontaneously combust. Park outside away from buildings and combustibles.

FYI, Sandy’s channel on Youtube where he has torn down both the Chevy Bolt and the Ford E “Mustang” showed that both used almost exactly the same pouch type cells from LG....even the color of the tape on the pouches was the same teal-like color....

Converting them to safer gasoline ,LOL

The more research I do on lithium the more I’m surprised it was ever approved. But there are only three sinks thus lithium was / is one that was probably thought to be capable of leaving on sink and returning back to a sink in one of least resistance and probable harm. Could be all hades if that theory turns out to be wrong

Android phones tell you to “Unplug your phone” when it’s at 100%. There’s a reason for that I guess.

I don’t understand what all the fuss is about. GM has thoughtfully designed the Chevy Bolt to be both a car and a grill. Pass the hot dogs, please.

Wasn’t this Barack Obama’s baby when the government owned GM? Dude was the kiss of death on anything he touched. Own it Barky!

Oh my goodness. I remember that commercial! But that was back when GM still made decent cars. Now, meh. Buy a GM vehicle, and be prepared to spend half your life in a repair shop’s waiting room.

Electricity is tricky and sneaky stuff and not to be trusted. It will find unexpected paths and especially when being introduced into or drawn from storage cells, it has a tendency to produce a very hot arc, from which all kinds of mischief may result.
Unintended consequences...
