Pfizer has been extremely aggressive in trying to protect the details of their international COVID19 vaccine agreements.
If you were wondering why #Ivermectin was suppressed, well, it is because the agreement that countries had with Pfizer does not allow them to escape their contract, which states that even if a drug will be found to treat COVID19 the contract cannot be voided.
Supplying the product:
"Pfizer shall have no liability for any failure to deliver doses in accordance with any estimated delivery dates... nor shall any such failure give Purchaser any right to cancel orders for any quantities of Product."
"Pfizer shall decide on necessary adjustments to the number of Contracted Doses and Delivery Schedule due to the Purchaser ... based on principles to be determined by Pfizer ... Purchaser shall be deemed to agree to any revision."
Just to make it clear: "Purchaser hereby waives all rights and remedies that it may have at Law, in equity or otherwise, arising from or relating to:.. any failure by Pfizer to deliver the Contracted Doses in accordance with the Delivery Schedule."

I am NOT anti-vaccine, but I am opposed to compelling anyone to take the “jab”, or “the shot” in violation to all medical ethics considerations.
The international Big Pharma have conducted a “bait and switch” using the term :”vaccine” (which it is not).
They call it a vaccine, which is really just a ‘sales promotion’ because we all have had vaccines, and they have a trusted, known successful history.
Would you voluntarily take an injection which is still “under emergency conditions” for an analgesic (?)
which is still experimental, has unknown properties (proprietary, confidential information),
which may permanently change your god-given immune system ?
And you don’t even know how long you are protected from the symptoms of a virus infection ?
These 'spike proteins' still have quite a bit of the unknown associated with them when it comes to blood clots, heart infections, etc., etc.
And may require a series of future injections just in order to remain healthy ?
I think not !
This whole bunch of crap, is not going to fly.
Except governments of nations can selectively apply sovereign immunity to just about anything they want and don’t really have to give a reason.
In the US, they could, if they wanted, just get the NSA to say- Oh, we can’t tell you why we are dumping this because its a state secret.
Game over.
Sure, they’ll get sued for dumping a contract. So what? Is Pfizer going to get their guns and go to war with them?
Do you think that Pfizer even has the power to get the US to be its enforcer? How do you think the people would react if the US started being belligerent with allies? Think it will cause unrest to see us getting mouthy with Ireland or Germany?
The other side of this is that at some point, some nation is going to stand up to being bullied by a corporation and sanction them for it heavily. And the corporation, even one with the money of Pfizer, is going to be severely damaged by such because they either pay the sanctions, sue the country over the sanctions, or stop doing business in that country. ALL of those are going to tank the stock price of Pfizer, or any other publicly traded corporation who pulls such tactics. Also, once the treatment is in country the country can just take control of it and reverse engineer it, and distribute it however they want, assuming they are high-tech enough to do so.
Personally, I would never go for a contract like that. Any leadership that does is compromised in some manner- either they are being paid off, they are getting increased value in the stocks that they own, or they are morons who have no business being in leadership. ANY of those are reasons for removal.
