Do you have some study that shows that is a causative factor? There are millions and millions of pot smokers in the USA who are not mass shooters.
Not all potheads are shooters, but nearly all shooters are potheads.

They already do. You can buy all grades of stuff, even stuff that doesn’t get you high at all.

Setting limits on the amount of THC would be a very good idea. The Black Market will make stronger pot, but most people will use the convenience of the legal stuff.

The fact is that most people on pot have more subtle changes to the brain, which do not reach the level of a detectable illness.. changes in the brain that facilitate acceptance of increasingly bizarre liberal and libertine-arian ideas. This is why pot promotion is the most subversive agitation of all. The earliest US communists and anarchists understood this, such as Alan Ginsburg, National Man Boy Love Association, and Youth International Party (communist star and marijuana leaf joined on their flag). That's also why the homosexual activists in California rightly claim credit for legalizing pot there.
It’s probably due to lack of protein - not enough meat like my ex BIL who never grew tall like his father or brother. Now he’s short fat and bald.
What about SSRI’s?
SSRI’s have been linked to several mass shooters, including school shooters. IMO, Marijuana is much less harmful than SSRI’s.
What irks me is how doctors hand out SSRI’s like candy.
I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression since childhood. I’ve tried every SSRI on the market and nothing worked. I dumped the SSRI’s and my doctor put me on benzos. I experienced an immediate improvement.
If I had access to weed, I would have tried it. The weed smokers I know are calm, productive citizens. Well, except one, but he also likes his alcohol. Lots of it.
The American people have decided they want to legalize this drug.
