As stated above, it would have to start with a state ignoring said ruling. However, that still might not work because the courts could ignore the states mandate.........

I agree, I have a friend with a 20 unit building that needs to evict 15.. some are over a year behind..

none are interested in doing much of anything to pay the back rent. He thinks they all think the government will pay it for them.

Sadly, they are probably right.

I believe it was the Ohio court administrator that just announced that they will not abiding by the latest CDC edict, so, yes, the local/state courts can, (and some will), ignore the CDC.
