Most of the bikers appeared to be white. A lot of these gangs are black, but this one sure doesn’t look it. Maybe it was the light, but take a longer look at the video.

These riders flaunt the law in DC and the cops ignore them. It’s larger part of the “ broken window theory” only it’s the whole of s certain segments of the inner cities.
3:45 PM this afternoon, I was stopped for a red light at the top of the hill on Skiff Street at the Ridge Road intersection in North Haven, CT when a swarm of 8 to 10 minority youth dirt bike riders wearing facial covering swarmed around my car and the others stopped at the red light and went through the intersection.
This is a busy thoroughfare at that tie if the day and I’m surprised no one ran them over.
But I take it as a warning of what is to come.
Its way past time!
They arrested one of the culprits - a white woman. Did not expect that, but last year in dozens of towns and cities, young people rioted, with little to no pushback.
The daughter was 8. I can’t imagine how frightening she was.
I know it’s wrong but I stopped caring when I got to Rhode Island mom.

There have gangs like this mostly composed of black cops in NYC. They get away with shutting roads down, etc. I once drove (carefully and slowly) through a huge crowd of motorcyclists at about 1:30 am on a highway (but not one of the big ones - I forget the name) near JFK. It was like a block party with bikes stopped everywhere going both ways and on the median and sides. Hundreds of them to weave through which I managed to do without causing a ruckus.
Anyway, Providence does not need minorities to be screwed up. It’s what a hundred years of mob rule will do.
This happened to a guy in our city a few weeks ago. The dirt bikers beat him into the ICU where he has remained for weeks in serious condition.
So, she has a car and they have dirt bikes, huh.
