Antifa, carrying shields and weapons, attacked a group of Christians, including young children, who were congregating in Portland.
A large group of Antifa carrying shields and melee weapons attacked a group of Evangelical Christians congregating for a prayer and worship event at the waterfront in downtown Portland, Ore. Video recorded at the scene showed children and families running away as black-clad Antifa militants tore apart the sound equipment and assaulted attendees with pepper spray and projectiles.

I’ve seen videos of this event. I’d have to wonder at the naïveté of these Christians walking straight into the lions den. They are in Portland. The home of antifa. Did they not suspect this would happen? Did they expect the police would protect them?
Any Christian organization putting on such an event should have had some kind of security. What did you think would happen in Portland?
The Christians knew they would be fed to the lions. Why do the Christians continue to assemble in Portland to get assaulted? We all know what will happen. Antifa will assault the non-violent people and the local government will cheer for Antifa.
Well, we arent staying home in fear. We have work to do.
A group should schedule a new event . Be very public about it. SET THE BAIT. Then have real men take on these scum of the earth. Each and every one, video, capture, tear off the masks, photograph, file criminal and civil lawsuits.
Andy Ngo is one of those writers whom I always read I see their name on a byline, like Victor Davis Hanson and Thomas Sowell. Mr. Ngo has made his bones and has my respect.
Who would expect an attack on people worshiping?
Some things are beyond the pale, and that includes attacking families at prayer.
Somebody here posted yesterday something like, “Well what did they do to provoke the attack,” as if there was some weighing to be done of their gathering and the psychopathic actions of black clad goons. As if there could be a justification for the goons to seek out a gathering of people strictly for the purpose of disrupting it.
File civil rights lawsuits.
And yet if the Christians all had arms and used them to defend themselves they would be in jail.
Exactly- Christians all over went to countries hostile- openly violent and hostile to Religious beliefs, and preached the word because they obeyed the commission to go and preach- it appears that we here i n the us are now facing openly violent and hostile opposition too-
That was my first reaction to the story. If you let them keep you away they have won.
My other reaction was screw turning the other cheek. Prepare to defend yourselves and your right to gather. Your kids need to see you stand up for your rights.
The police did nothing while scumbag Marxists attacked Christian families but they would have been Johnny on the Spot if the Christians fought back.
May as well defund them if all they’re going to do is protect Maxist terrorists.
A lot of ex-miltary types would probably work the security detail for free to get a chance to bring to curb these rabid dogs.

Turn the other cheek does not mean laying down and being a victim- all it means is that we Christians are NOT to plot revenge towards those that assault us- We can however protect ourselves with force- and actually have a duty to do so- We just can’t become angry and violent while seeking vengeance- That is what Christ was speaking to-
If you fight back against Antifa be prepared to go to war against the police who will absolutely go to war against you. They serve and protect their Marxist masters.

I have nothing against Cops who put their lives o n the liens protecting the public every hour of every day- but lately cops are doing nothing much more than protecting marxists- over and over and over-
If the politicians and cops don’t stop this tribal horseshit it’s gonna go medieval.
