Cali does this shit ever year it has a major drought. With a budget well in surplus, they could fund dozens of desalination plants and pump that clean water inland. But then.. that’s to much on the solution side. Liberal filth want ISSUES, not solutions.

I've seen the water in LA's concrete rivers nearly touching overpasses, at the top of the banks, moving real fast. These giant gutters can be 400' across and 30+ feet deep. And it all goes straight to the ocean. Trillions of gallons wasted every time the big storms hit.. They could have created reservoirs the size of Pasadena and 100 feet deep.
