Thanks to Cromwell some of my ancestors of Irish persuasion were given free transport to Charlestown in the colony of South Colonia where they were given employment opportunities in the western uplands.

England is built due to monarchy. Without the Wessex kings conquering Essex, Kent etc. and Danelaw there wouldn’t have been an Angle-land.

Cromwell set up a dictatorship that was worship than Chucky I’s rule. That’s why when he died, the public was quick to get Chucky part II

Cromwell dissolved parliament and ruled just like a monarch. He is a perfect example of, "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."
