“Reduce hunger.” Yeah, right. My family used to volunteer at a food pantry. More than half of the people who showed up were overweight. Many stood outside and smoked before coming in (can afford cigarettes but not food?). Also, another volunteer at the pantry also worked at a convenience store. She said she frequently saw the same people come to her store and pay cash for things like beer, cigarettes and lottery tickets. They’d then whip out an EBT to buy overpriced convenience store junk food.

This is more reality than the government wants to admit. They’ll get their crab legs and junk food. Pay cash for wine, beer, tobacco, lotto. Some use the stamps responsibly but too many are clearly addicted to the free money that isn’t coming out of their pockets to feed a family they couldn’t afford.

Unfortunately the idea future parents should plan and prepare for a family is now demonized as “white privilege” all while the baby mamma/baby daddy culture takes over the mainstream. The Left succeeds by keeping people “in their place” and dependent. It’s why they love illegal immigration because they need a perpetual underclass to exploit for power. They are racists and fascists.

MAGA threatened their cushy gig by bringing everyone to the table with jobs, higher wages, lower prices, free speech, secure border, etc. That’s why Trump had to be destroyed and MAGA voters had to be demonized.

I have been giving food and money to the local SHARE pantry here in NH.
About once a quarter they put out a list of items they are in need of.
The most recent list consisted mainly of junk food items.
There was one exception: re-fried beans.
I sent a message to the woman in charge that I have been supporting the organization for years, but would not be in this instance because the things they were asking for were things I would never buy to bring home to my house. She never replied. This is why so many people are obese. It is simply what they choose to eat everyday. Too much sugar and fat. Too much processed food.
