Ivermectin for COVID-19: real-time meta analysis of 63 studies
https://ivmmeta.com/ ^ | Aug 16, 2021

Posted on 08/16/2021 4:03:42 PM PDT by SoConPubbie

Meta analysis using the most serious outcome reported shows 73% [56‑84%] and 86% [75‑92%] improvement for early treatment and prophylaxis, with similar results after exclusion based sensitivity analysis and restriction to peer-reviewed studies or Randomized Controlled Trials.

Statistically significant improvements are seen for mortality, hospitalization, recovery, cases, and viral clearance. 27 studies show statistically significant improvements in isolation. The probability that an ineffective treatment generated results as positive as the 63 studies is estimated to be 1 in 1 trillion.

Percentage improvement with ivermectin treatment

While many treatments have some level of efficacy, they do not replace vaccines and other measures to avoid infection. Only 29% of ivermectin studies show zero events in the treatment arm.

Elimination of COVID-19 is a race against viral evolution. No treatment, vaccine, or intervention is 100% available and effective for all current and future variants. All practical, effective, and safe means should be used. Those denying the efficacy of treatments share responsibility for the increased risk of COVID-19 becoming endemic; and the increased mortality, morbidity, and collateral damage.

The evidence base is much larger and has much lower conflict of interest than typically used to approve drugs.

Results

Figure 3, 4, and 5 show results by treatment stage. Figure 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 show forest plots for a random effects meta-analysis of all studies with pooled effects, and for studies reporting mortality results, ICU admission, mechanical ventilation, hospitalization, recovery, COVID-19 cases, and viral clearance results only. Figure 14 shows results for peer reviewed trials only and Figure 15 shows results restricted to serious outcomes. Table 1 summarizes the results.

This is a very exhaustive analysis of a long list of studies showing that IVermectin is an awesome treatment of COVID-19 and proving, once again, that our government is lying to us.

The doctors using ivermectin use it in combination with D and zinc, I believe, with almost 100% recoveries. I wonder if these studies are ivermectin only.

The doctors using HCQ always combined it with zinc and found it very effective, again almost 100%. But the studies never included zinc, so while they did show improvement it’s as if they deliberately handicap the results to avoid getting the dramatic results possible from the combination.

Conclusion:

Ivermectin is an effective treatment for COVID-19. The probability that an ineffective treatment generated results as positive as the 63 studies to date is estimated to be 1 in 1 trillion.

As expected for an effective treatment, early treatment is more successful, with an estimated reduction of 73% in the effect measured using random effects meta-analysis (RR 0.27 [0.16-0.44]).

61% and 96% lower mortality is observed for early treatment and prophylaxis (RR 0.39 [0.17-0.90] and 0.04 [0.00-0.59]).

Statistically significant improvements are seen for mortality, hospitalization, recovery, cases, and viral clearance.

The consistency of positive results across a wide variety of heterogeneous studies is remarkable, with 92% of the 63 studies reporting positive effects (27 statistically significant in isolation).

I’ve been wondering if ivermectin is being used to treat vaccine victims.

My son and I caught it, he has 103.3 temp, me 101.1. He is 14, I am 62…
I used the horse paste 1.87 percent Ivermectin a few days ago, I would not give it to him but used it immediately after suspicions of infection….He threw up a few times, huge headaches, throat, body, really down for a count, me smoking a cigar now……we shall see, it is only day 2.

They could not have gotten the death vaxxes out under emergency use authorization if they had said ivermectin worked. Or hcq, or any alternative already in exitence that worked.

That is why they all had to say it didnt work. It was the only way to get these death shots out under fast track status.

Doctors here in SE Missouri now routinely prescribe Ivermectin if early in the disease and HCQ if later. They include steroid and zink and have been getting good results. Local pharmacies (CVS) now will fill scrips.

Local Hospitals have several pts in. Almost all (>95%) are unvaccinated and untreated but average age is 85.

Take home. Vaccination works. So does Ivermectin and HCQ.

It’s called Ivermectin Triple Therapy Protocol - this early treatment protocol combines ivermectin with doxycycline and zinc.

And, pretty much a 100% cure rate, per this Australian GP....

“There is mounting worldwide clinical literature pointing to a 100% cure rate using Ivermectin Triple Therapy,” said Professor Borody.

Wow....that is the exact OPPOSITE of what most Frontline docs (like Zelenko), and other docs, have suggested.

HCQ works EARLY in the disease....Ivermectin...early and in some of the later stages, depending on person/dose, etc.

I wonder why they're doing just the opposite, in SE MO?
