Nobody is in charge. The people in power are maneuvering to avoid accountability and to gain personal profit. That is the driver on the western civ side of things.
But you are right too, the non-national globalists see things personally too, and care not about the fate of any nation or any person. They don’t need to pull any strings to create chaos. Chaos is the natural order of things.
Cancelling President Trump's policies on the border, which were working very well.
Cancelling work on the wall.
Changing the plan to evacuate Afghanistan.
Cancelling the State Department agency to act quickly during a crises.
Blocking any widespread use of valid treatments, before hospitalization, for COVID19.
Spending enormous amounts of money without any way to pay for it.
Blocking conservative voices by the tech oligarchs.
All of these are strings being pulled, conscious decisions being made. Actions taken.
