Do you really think she decided based on wanting to benefit obama? You think that she didn’t consider the legal issues involved, including whether the federal courts should be involved in a local zoning case? In your opinion, she decided to side with Obama and that’s how she made the decision?
Freerepublic posters are getting bad in the area of emotional response rather then an intellectual response. I dont know enough about the issue on this to make a judgment about it being a good or bad judgment. The fact tha its about Obamas presidential library should not have a bearing on the judgment. Any judgment on this case will be sighted on other cases so its important that the judgment is not about one’s politics. in fact all judgments in court its important that its how the law was written and what the intent of the law. The fact that people dont understand this is destroying this nation....We are a nation of laws not feelings.
