GOP Rep. Palmer: Biden Administration the ‘Most Inept, Incompetent National Security Team’ We’ve Ever Seen in the White House

Representative Gary Palmer (R-AL), the chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee, says we have a new standard for the worst handling of a national security crisis, which dates back to the Carter administration of the 1970s.

During an interview with Mobile, AL radio FM Talk 106.5, the Alabama GOP lawmaker blasted the Biden administration for its mishandled withdrawal from Afghanistan and said it was worse than former President Jimmy Carter’s handling of the collapse of the U.S.-friendly Iranian government in the 1970s.

AD “Let me ask this question — why would the Americans broker a deal with the Taliban that endangered our citizens, and the British and the Germans or the French — the others who have their citizens in country didn’t need to or didn’t do that? I mean, this is the most inept, incompetent national security team that I think we’ve ever seen in the White House. I thought Jimmy Carter was the low man on the totem pole when it came to how he allowed Iran to fall into the hands of radicals.”

“What you have with this administration, Jeff is an administration that gave the country to the radicals,” he added. “And they’ve left our people there.”

I guess we should drop in our ultimate weapon: Bidet himself. No one could have orchestrated as great a disaster as this, single handed, as this a hole. Why does he not go on TV and tell the Taliban: Hey, stop your nonsense or you will not get your money? An other thing that really bothers me is when Trump sought help to put down the BLM, in the FEDERAL DISTRICT, the military come up with many reasons not to do it and in fact avoided doing anything. So, I don't want to see them shirk their responsibility for what happened here by saying, we were following orders. Leaving US Citizens to rot is definitely NOT a responsible following of orders. If you don't say no, leave. After following these nitwit orders, don't now say we feel sorry for our losses. I cannot recall our military ever doing an orderly withdrawal like this one. Even in the Philippians in WWII we did not run away in the middle of the night albeit MacArthur was ordered to get out himself.

Hey, look, someone in the GOP actually opened their mouth. Stolen elections have consequences, Mr. Palmer.

I know what I think of Donald Trump. I think that he’s a shallow, ignorant, capricious, incorrigible, self-destructive fool.

The price of allowing a uniparty to form and then allowing them to rig an election right out in the open. As George Carlin put it, it's a big club in DC and we aint in it.

Ignore the quote, meant for another thread quoting “National Review” and their supposedly one pro-Trump article that proves they weren’t opposed to him. With friends like that ...

“GOP Rep. Palmer: Biden Administration the ‘Most Inept, Incompetent National Security Team’ We’ve Ever Seen in the White House”

yeah, but they checked all the race, color, gender and who-weirdly-dresses-and-weirdly-screws-whom boxes, so all is well ...
