That scene softened the language a bit. Patton didn't say "Fornicating".

I think the other pertinent scene in the Patton movie, is the one where Patton is talking to the reporters, and when Patton says he’s going to Malta, a smarmy reporter asks him, “Will you be slapping any soldiers over there, General?”

I don’t know how Patton didn’t just shoot that son-of-a-bitch right there.

Say what you will about George C Scott......He was a wonderful actor and captured Patton’s persona perfectly.
