That is an option but how many can afford to especially if its been a long term employment.

Not always easy to quit. In the case of our only child, now 27, my wife and I have indicated if forced to take the jab and they want to quit, we can support them financially for an extended period of time without having to move back home. The problem might be finding an employee with a suitable replacement job that is also not requiring the jab.
