For some reason team Biden thought a better story than 'I fell' to explain his busted foot was 'I came out of the shower naked and grabbed my dogs tail and slipped'. Why that would be a better story I cannot fathom, it's like saying they'd rather say he's weird than frail.
That said, let's assume its true. Was it this dog? If so, explains a lot. He's living with a weird, insane SOB.

I had a Shar Pei that didn’t like people much....or kids. He really didn’t like kids except the one granddaughter. She could do anything to him. So when people came to the house they got instructions. Ignore him and let him get used to you being here before acknowledging him. He was put up when kids came. He liked to nibble on their arms. lol
