Agreed and if the Xidens tried to adopt a dog from the German shepherd rescue I volunteer for they would have been declined.
I would have sent Major to two different trainers for behavior issues and a veterinarian for any physical issues that affects his behavior. If there is a unanimous agreement that Major cannot be rehabilitated euthanasia has to be the primary option.
