Heartbreaking.
Feeling so helpless to help her.
Feeling so helpless to help this country.
We have morphed from a republic into a regime.
The country we once knew and loved is being crushed.
Sadly we have no party to fight for us.
So much sadness, so much frustration.
Dear Lord, help this mother, and please, guide and strengthen us all, in these terrible times.
It is almost impossible to endure the anguished words of this mother in Colorado.
God grant comfort to all the families affected by misguided actions of the mentally handicapped derelict and his handlers in DC.
It is hard enough to lose a child, a spouse or a sibling under normal combat circumstances but to lose them because if a demented CinC and his incompetent minions must be the worst of all worlds.
Please know that we are praying for your son, and all the other sons and daughters, we are praying that God will give you comfort and hold you tightly in His arms to ease your unspeakable pain.

I went through the training to do Casualty Notifications. That is one job that I thank God almighty I never had to do. Hearing stories from others who performed this duty brought everyone in the class to tears.
We also heard from spouses who were notified. Also tear jerkers.
