Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Monday laid the groundwork for how the U.S. will engage with an Afghanistan led by the Taliban, following the full American military withdrawal from the country and conclusion of the U.S.’s longest war.
“A new chapter of America's engagement with Afghanistan has begun. It's one in which we will lead with our diplomacy,” Blinken said. “The military mission is over, a new diplomatic mission has begun.”
The secretary’s remarks underscored the Biden administration’s recognition that the Islamic fundamentalist group controls Afghanistan, more than two weeks after it ousted the Western-backed government in Kabul.

When it comes to Afghanistan there is a refusal not only by the media and the so called (in name only) democratic party but by Christian leaders like Pope Francis to approach exposing the Taliban for it being a theocracy following the sharia creed which denies free will and ridicule their claim they are authorized by Our Creator to execute non believers. and instead brags about working with them.
If that exposure was explored and the emphasis was placed on Our Savior’s activities bringing in the New Covenant there would be more conversions.
And he just provided an open door for the terrorists to walk through, and into the U.S. treasury department for continuous payments.
The first billions we send will probably be under the cover of Covid relief.
What a joke of a state department. Taliban already has legitimacy - from Russia and China, the two countries that matter.
