IDF reportedly investigating if errant Syrian air defense missile caused blast near center of Israel, no injuries or damage reported
Israeli planes carried out an airstrikes near Damascus early Friday, Syrian state media claimed, and sounds of explosions were heard in central Israel shortly after.
It was not immediately clear if the two events were linked, but the Israeli military was reportedly investigating if the explosions were the result of errant air defenses....

Trying to understand I thought Golan may have been involved at first but the Syrians say the firing came from Israeli aircraft over Lebanon and came over Damascus.

More details should come out later looks like a hit on targets considered Iranian that’s the usual scenario but the Syrian air defense missiles went wild tricked by the Israelis no doubt but oops blew up over Israel in a very populated area around Tel Aviv.
