“Fighting” no longer means going to court. By doing that you are just deferring EVERYTHING to the final opinion of that court. What if that court find against you? Will you put your tail between your legs and skitter off and meekly comply with its orders?

Maybe I’m impatient but I think, had the positions been reversed, the democrats would already have filed multiple lawsuits and probably gotten a judge to put an emergency injunction in place.
