Wishes the American people knew the President does not even have the power to give. The President does not have the authority. Constitutional Attorney Krisanne Hall explains Article II, the complete sum and total of Presidential power, there is no authorization in the U.S. Constituion for OSHA or Department of Labor. There are no emergency authoirization of power in Article II of the U.S. Constituion. They only can exist at the State level. Krisanne educates Sheriff departments across the country.

Many of our rights are simply infringed upon by the everyday workings of guvmint and police officers and bureaucrats.
We have a first-shot capability of getting things corrected in the lower courts but the simple fact is, the vast majority of constituents cannot afford to take these things to the upper appellate courts so the rights-infringements stand.
That’s something these authors ignore.

Very smart lady and good teacher of how our government is supposed to work. She knows the Sheriff is the highest authority in his/her county. She gives a lot of her talks at churches. The noncompliant movie is 1 hour 20 minutes but I good video to watch.

A dictator does not need to justify his actions under the law or the Constitution.
I don’t think Biden nor this Administration is worried if or not it’s Constitutional over what he does. They want the ‘Perception” of the public to be that he can and will do these mandates....which is enough to get companies and the media pushing for what they want as we’ve seen already.
Deception is ripe in this administration.

Consider that all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.
Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.
Federal and state lawmakers need to promise in their emails to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
