I don’t think he’s an asshole at all. I think a lot of people don’t get his sense of humor, but he and I come from a very similar background and are both from NYC, so maybe I get it a bit better than most. He’s not perfect, but he’s the only one who will even give the normal people of this country the time of day politically. He put a lot on the line to do that. Hardly an assholish thing to do. And his ‘mean tweets’ are nothing compared to the disgusting garbage that eminates from the Democrats on a daily basis. It’s just that nobody is ‘outraged’ about that.

He isn't an asshole. He's frank. He's blunt. All other politicians are easily bigger assholes. But they are smarmy, and they smile as they screw you. They promise the moon, and get others to pay for it.

In my opinion, Donald Trump was a breath of fresh air.
