Or neither. Many of us have seen the reports of deaths unrelated to COVID being reported as “COVID deaths.” I don’t believe the numbers AT ALL, and I haven’t believed them from the start of this despotic madness.
Another potential problem is DOUBLE AND MORE COUNTING patients, because OMG! Where you got it and where you live and work all have to report it!
My nephew counted in both Maryland (work…where it spread), and Delaware (home). This may apply to counties, as well.
So, if you die, do you only die in the county with the hospital you were at? Or do you also die in the next county of residence?

It would take years for anyone to dig into the details if that is even possible. And in places like NY, no autopsies. Nothing. Family wasn’t even allowed to see the bodies.

Yeah, remove the “with” covid, blatant false ones like motorcycle wrecks and add use of early treatment options like HCQ/Ivermectin and it would be 50,000 or so and even those would still have 2-3 comorbidities.
