None of these articles mention treatment. Is Monoclonal antibody therapy stations set up in Idaho? Are antivirals (Favipiravir and Ivermectin) prescribe early? The same with steroids?

Hubby and I both tested positive last week and got monoclonal at the ER on Thursday. After that, we got so sick we wanted to die. Not much improvement still.
Then I mentioned ivermectin and I’m pretty sure they wanted to wash my mouth out with soap.
