If you can, please take aspirin, instead. 325 mg an occasion. Tylenol doesn't help thin the blood. Take it with food.

Please take what you can from the following link. On the PDF, click to page 2

https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/

Over the counter items include:
Melatonin
Vitamin C
Zinc
Vitamin D
Quercetin
Curcumin (The better studies were done with Doctor's Best Curcumin (C3) with BioPerine)
Listed mouthwashes
Listed nasal spray options
(Honey - new one to me)

Separately, N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is another great item to take. This paper has a graphic at the end that describes dosage:

For the nasal spray, you can also use Xlear Xylitol nasal spray, which now has multiple studies showing it stops the virus from adhering and replicating in the upper nasal cavity.

Any number of these will help you and your husband.

It's not a good sign the monoclonals didn't resolve this in two days.

Great list. As far as nasal spray, I’ve been taking Budesonide on recommendation from a well known doctor in Texas.

Better pick some up now, however, as it’s in short supply and one pharmacist told my brother it is being pulled from the market by the FDA and will soon only be available by prescription. Similar rumors are out there for N-A-C, and my local stores were all out, and latest order from Lucky Vitamin still hasn’t arrived. Healthmasters got me some quickly but is comparatively expensive.

I’m on Eliquis, so can’t take NSAIDs.

Since June 2020 I’ve taken daily:
D3 - 5,000 IUs
C - 1500 mg
Zinc
Multivitamin

I will look at the link you posted. One thing I’m pretty sure about is that I’ll take my chances at home before going to a hospital. The adage, “First, do no harm” it’s a thing of the past. One of those things from back in the good old days.

My ‘go to’ Xlear is the ‘rescue variant’, which includes oregano, eucalyptus, tea tree and parsley oils. I’ve been on the Xlear bandwagon for a looooong time.
