That's the way to do it. They can use the "blaze of glory" types to rally their troops around. But the ghosts, snipers, and saboteurs? Those can do a lot more damage over time.

My wife is Jewish (I’m a Catholic boy)…….

We’d be hiding plenty of Jews. According to Jewish law my daughters and their children are Jewish. (You are what your Mother is).

But I wouldn’t be home much as I’d be out killin’ me some Nazis.

Might even scalp a few too while I’m at it…….

I think the future goal would be to get my family and other Jews to Israel somehow.

I’d stay and play however.
