Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) has officially cosponsored legislation offered by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), which would nix President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, stopping the federal government from requiring employers to require vaccines or implement weekly testing programs.
“Joe Biden claims the U.S. Constitution empowers a president to mandate vaccines. He is wrong. Under the Constitution, states, not the federal government have that power,” Brooks said in a statement, challenging anyone to “identify a provision in the U.S. Constitution that unambiguously gives Joe Biden or the federal government the authority he arrogantly claims.”
“Liberty and freedom have combined to help make America the greatest nation in world history. The decision to get vaccinated against COVID-19 is a deeply personal one,” he continued, explaining Americans “must weigh the risks and rewards for themselves.”

Would someone please cue the image of the Black attorney from Seinfield? The one who loved alliterations?
Regards,
30% of employees are not complying, and most of them won't be swayed by this new corporate directive.
If push comes to shove I'll just retire - good luck meeting current contracts with 25% fewer engineers and field support personnel.

mortified and stupified!"
Can you opt for the weekly testing?
There is a mountain of evidence proving the vaxx is not safe. Literally millions of adverse effects some resulting in death.
Not only should this never have been mandated; it should be pulled from the market immediately. Should have already been pulled.
Why consider subjecting one’s self to weekly testing? 🤔
A PCR test (all they’re using BTW) has been proven, repeatedly, to be highly inaccurate. IMHO, it’s all contrived to establish an individual has COVID, to then be used against the employee (aka “victim”) in an effort to punish employees by making them suffer an essential furlough from employment, with no protections, pay or benifits. But hey, get the jab and if said employee gets COVID, then they have coverage?
What a scam... the whole weekly testing measure is touted as an option, but it’s nothing more than a vindictive application of punishment for not conforming.
Finding out you have the covid before the vaxxed do could be a bonus.
Hear! Hear!
Any company doing business with the Feds will have to do this, or lose their contracts. There are exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons.
My company’s policy is to accept any religious objections. The question is how much grief the Feds will give us.
HA! I've been working from home since March of 2020, only went in once last January to clean out my office (fully masked).
I'm not getting a stick up my nose every week when I'm working from my basement.
Thanks for the response, though - it's actually the unconstitutional intrusion into my life that's got my dander up.
- Joe Biden, to the Huffington Post.
Joe is just curing the flu as a practice run for his cancer cure.
I am right there with you. Good luck replacing 36 years of experience. My outfit has been unable to retain engineering talent for many years now. The MO of most new hires is to gain 1-2 years experience and move on.
Sure, but I'm looking for an out. Weekly testing may be it. And just how long does a Frankenjab 'booster' last before everyone is equal again? Twelve weeks? I can probably do it for that long.
Do you think the mandate will end in 12 weeks?
My expectation is for the mandate to become a regularly occurring event every 4-12 months.
From April of this year. 19 deaths and 400+ injuries from airbags in the US total. There seems to be a double standard when comparing airbags and vaccines.
So now we are ruled by the whims of filthy politicians in the guise of “mandates”. What other extra-legal “mandates” might these bastards dream up?

You don’t get it. Do not comply.
