I’ve just commented - Australian law defines all medicines as poisons. Even Tylenol. It’s a case where a legal definition isn’t the same as the common definition.

This also isn’t technically a military document. It’s an instrument of civil law designating defence force personnel as authorised to administer vaccines. It also hasn’t taken effect - it was part of emergency planning in case it was deemed necessary to have ADF personnel giving injections because normal procedures were overwhelmed - that hasn’t happened, so it hasn’t actually taken effect.
