Heavy marijuana users who are also vaccinated may be more susceptible to breakthrough cases of COVID-19, a new study found.
The study, published last Tuesday in World Psychology, found that those with a substance use disorder (SUD) — a dependence on marijuana, alcohol, cocaine, opioids and tobacco — were more likely to contract the coronavirus after receiving both of their vaccination shots.
Those without a SUD saw a 3.6 percent rate of breakthrough infections, compared to a 7 percent rate in those with a SUD.

A lot of people here say pot is perfect and it is never harmed somebody in the history of the universe.
People who use this stuff will be in overall poorer health - which makes most other illnesses worse, and COVID19 has been especially bad for those with other health conditions.

I have a close friend who developed a severe case of covid that landed him in the emergency room. He says the doctors prescribed him with a nebulizer and some liquid meds to go with it and sent him home. When after a few days he wasn’t any better, and actually went back to the emergency room, he says the nurse told him you can’t tell anyone I told you this, but replace the meds in the nebulizer with pure grain alcohol and see if that helps. He said it may just be coincidence, but he started recovering the next day and was completely well in just a few more.
I sanitize my liver once in awhile.

Due to a dry climate where I live, I have used a saline nose rinse for years. I think this has helped my not catching many colds, etc. Covid? Who knows.

I’m more in the crowd that had our Vicodin scheduled so smoking was much better than things like Fentanyl patches and painful injections.
In other words, the gene serums don’t stop COVID and persons who’ve taken them are walking talking COVID mutating spreading hosts.
