Good. It is time for a lot of DoD contractors to speak out. It is also time for the workers to ensure that the companies know that there is currently no mandate. If the government puts pen to paper they can truly impose a mandate. But as long as there is no written mandate, no one has standing to sue to stop the mandate because it does not exist. That is a feature of the process, not a bug!

This isn’t part of the mandate. This is related to their federal contracts.

All federal contractors can be told to vaccinate.
