I live in rural Texas. If I run low on beef I can always buy a steer to butcher and store in my freezer.
The tax comes when you purchase the Steer. The Rats already thought of self reliant Texans raising their own meat. 2 freinds of mine already bought 5 head at auction to fatten up on their own land. As far as I know there is no way to follow these cows if they slaughter them themselves. This tax is the “pay for” for the package. There will be a gas tax tacked on to what you already pay to subsidize windmills and E-cars. Just container to carry merch from China is now 20K per container, up from about $5K. Just guessing can get you up to 10+% inflation just this year. If the bill is passed, America as we know it is gone. It certainly affects people under $400k a year. We should know by Christmas how bad it will get. WalMart had no bottled water today. Nat Gas will at least double this winter. $5 gas is just a start.
