Texas and Florida need to levy fines and confiscate assets of any organization that is forcing employees to be vaccinated, Federal "law" or not.

Start with government contractors.

In Texas, start with ICE.
Fine the US Government $5000 / day per employee.
That's 5k X 20000 => 100mil per day.
Then start confiscating assets.
