The recurring threats of violence this year have taken a significant toll on Capitol Police morale and retention. Nearly 100 officers have retired or left the department since Jan. 6, according to the Capitol Police union.
The media accidentally let out information that people are SO angry in this country against Washington that the police there have intolerable stress now from what is going on. That tells us the nation is at the point of revolt, but the media is hiding it.
The police there are protecting broken institutions controlled by bad people.
Most of those who stay will be on “that side.”
Understood the sadness and whatnot when epiphany that the goodness of America and goodness of the system turns out to be an illusion.
The people running the systems don’t care if you find them honest, good, fair, or anything like that. They have the power, you don’t. The animosity is mutual.
