I don’t understand his logic. He intentionally got Covid to protect himself from getting Covid? Maybe he means that he’s developing immunity to exempt himself from some vaccine requirements, for travel to certain countries, for example.
Maybe he figures it’s better to get it now than later in life when his body may not be able to survive it.
There is some logic. You only get older and more at risk as time goes by. If you are young, healthy and have no comorbidities, you may not even notice illness. If monoclonal antibodies are available, or you have other therapeutics available, your risk may never be lower.
The so-called “vaccines” don’t protect you, so if you really want to go about your business in the near future without worrying about unplanned illness and contagion to those you care about from this, it might be the only way.
All parents used to do this for measles, mumps, etc. I remember parents in my hometown doing such.
This makes perfect sense when there is no vaccine (real vaccine, not the fake vax being peddled now), symptoms are mild when a child (as opposed to dire if an adult man catches mumps), and you can time the illness so a to minimize the impact (e.g., not school time, not when relatives are visiting, etc.
Since catching the WuhanFlu ought to provide some immunity and the fake vax offers none at all, this makes sense.
AS to the tyrannical gov’mt continuing to require taking the fake vax, well, that has nothing whatsoever to do with disease control anyway.
TAKING THE VAX HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PREVENTING SPREAD.
The vaccine lowers your immune response and ensures you will get it, with the accompanying higher death count amongst the vaccinated.
He probably was prepared for any serious complications if it had arisen.
(and it's possible the Chinese have some new killer variants they haven't released yet... ones biotech firms won't have time to create vaccines against... but that people with natural immunity will be able to fight off)

Why do you suppose there are a bunch of so called asymptomatic cases?
That would require those countries to be smart enough to accept a positive antibody test in lieu of a vaccination record. So far I have not heard of any doing this.
I have a different take on Prager’s bragging about beating COVID. He never had COVID because there is no COVID. What he had was Influenza A. Influenza (a cold) can worsen into a viral like pneumonia if a person eats protein, starch and sugar early on that his infected liver can not handle.
Remember the proverb: feed a cold, starve a fever. If you do the reverse and feed the fever, it can morph into viral like pneumonia. However, if one only eats fat, takes electrolytes, allows the fever to burn off the influenza bug, they will recover without hospitalization in about 4 to 5 days. If they do not get tempted to run to the pharmacy for all kinds of cold medicines that do not let the body and fever get rid of the bug. Aspirin keeps the fever from doing its work. One feels better but that is only an illusion. If I break my arm and take whiskey it dulls the pain but does not allow the bone to heal. Same with cold medicines. Feed a cold, starve a fever.
