Special counsel John Durham provided 81,000 pages of discovery to indicted Democratic lawyer Michael Sussmann in his criminal inquiry into the Russia investigation, court filings show.
The reams of documents, which reveal details from grand jury subpoenas sent to 15 individuals and organizations likely including opposition research firm Fusion GPS, were produced this month after lawyers representing Sussmann, who denies any wrongdoing, demanded more information while calling the allegations that he lied to the FBI five years ago vague and confusing....
...Among these documents, the special counsel said, were those "received in response to grand jury subpoenas issued to fifteen separate individuals, entities, and organizations — including among others, political organizations, a university, university researchers, an investigative firm, and numerous companies.”
The investigative firm in question is likely Fusion GPS. Durham said his office “has provided the identity of that investigative firm to the defense ... even though counsel was undoubtedly already aware of that firm’s identity.”...

I am aware that is quite fashionable now to dismiss special investigator Durham's aging investigation as just one more Washington two-step, but perhaps all of this is, after all, an effort to roll up Sussman and start up the food chain.

For those that have continuing been saying Durham is marching in place, sucking his thumb, 15 Grand Jury subpoenas is not marching in place. Where did he get the information he included in the indictment? From the subpoenas of course.
81,000 pages of investigative information is a lot for just a “lying to the feds” charge. The indictment was a place holder to beat the statute of limitations. Guarantee there will be added charges in a month or two. I expect to see Marc Elias, his former law firm, Chris Steele, (which explains his recent sit down with Stephie boy to try to spin his defense), Fusion and some FBI officials along with the computer guys and their boss/es.
Buy popcorn futures because the Durham show will be competing with the House J6 show, and Durham will get a lot more attention.
Gee, I wonder how quickly Sussman’s attorney got the 81,000 pages to Clinton, Comey, Strozk, Page, Perkins Coie, Brennan, et al ? ? ?
Which they have promptly shared with all the weasels involved.
Sure we do, but there is a better chance that the South will rise again, than Buford T. Cornpone getting any convictions in this decades long, Washington two step cover up.
The doj is reversing it's previous convictions, and re-instating pensions of the crooks...mccabe etal, and you want to hope.

Only indictments of big enough fish will move the MSM to cover the story. Even then, any justice will be in small portions. Just a little more of the story needs to come out to cement Hillary, the Dems, the FBI, and the media as the bad guys in this story - and that will reduce the potency of such obvious political skull-duggery going forward.

Agree but they can’t keep the stories from getting out. The conservative news media are getting the word out, as you can see by the fact that they couldn’t ignore the Sussmann indictment. Folks are looking things up on the internet more often and getting the other side of the story.

Democrats use many twisted trails to avoid detection pay or give an or else to the right people to meet their goals.
Nobody can stall justice like a democrat it’s why were in this stinking mess were in now.
