They have the authority and it should be shot down in court. A real no brainer for any honest Federal judge. But it won’t..
This is the equivalent of an OSHA requirement for workers at construction sites to have safety helmets surgically attached to their heads.
Did they even publish a rule to enforce, yet?
Or are they going to enforce a diktat mumbled by the PantsPooper?
Where are the lawsuits to prevent these unelected bureaucrats from imposing their demands on us? Seems that every time PDJT tried to implement constitutional policies such as the border wall, the left had lawsuits tee’d up within days - do we have to wait till OSHA releases their dictate in order to challenge it?
It’s not a law.
I’m not wearing a mask. I’m naturally immune.
I expect similar things as technology advances. Built-in gunpowder sensors; AI implants to inform on incorrect thinking; muscle shut-down technology if you are declared an unperson, and so on.
The face mask in public is the new fascist arm band....

Can I get paid time off for death?
As far as I know it still isn’t in the Fed register but sure seems like a LOT of companies are bending over forward to take action on it despite that. Once published (used to be a review time period as well) they could act and dump some of the non compliant folks. Their actual branding should be ‘anti-mandate’ not necessarily ‘anti-vaxxers’. I know several vaxxed folks who have an issue with it being forced on others.
You know several vaxxed folks PLUS ONE. Me.
There was no mandate, and if there had been, it would have been unconstitutional and not binding.
Instead, the government has strengthened its power over “private” businesses and has eliminated those employees who were non-conforming.
Tomorrow we have an informational session with a doctor on the v@x. He'll be reading from WebMD, I am sure.
This is filtering down to the masses. I have a lefty friend (both she and her husband are retired doctors) who is absolutely bat-sh!t crazy about everyone being vaccinated. She doesn’t want to go anywhere out of fear of the unvaxed. Their neighbors are having a party, and to her delight, everyone attending must show their vaccination card at the door — no unvaxed allowed! Unbelievable!
Yes. That's how it works.
I wonder what all of us newly unemployed non-vax will do with all our newly found free time???

Oh no - it absolutely matters. Don’t let defeatism take hold because we actually do win in court fairly often. I’d bet a good sum that we win this one, too.
Well, to paraphrase ‘woopeee’, I don;t “know you, know you.”. LOL! How’s your vision doing these days. Get that taken care of? We remain in our beneficent mode and are offering up our vaxxes to the underserved out there. :-}
And right now, you're seeing the passive resistance phase. I'm wondering when the other shoe is going to drop in terms of the current regime taking more "active" measures. Given history, that's coming, especially if they get away with this OSHA business.
