Don't know about that "soon" part. Some states have their own OSHA like agency that works with OSHA. Missouri, where I am doesn't and Gov Parson said we won't be helping OSHA. He also signed an EO yesterday saying no State government agency/employee shall enforce any kind of mandate. Doesn't do anything about private businesses, some of which have chosen to mandate jabs. So far, the nursing home my wife works at has not.
OSHA was never given the authority to do so.

Yes, OSHA can’t possibly enforce it. That’s why, first, a Great American Worker Strike, then, second, the resulting Great American Corporate Disobedience, would work. Then the economy would see a 2020-Covid-style recession.
We need both. IMHO, chances of the first happening are okay, but not the second. Corporations caved to tyrants out of fear, in 2020, but will they again?

I am retired, too, since November 2019 (pretty much perfect timing). I can’t even express how happy I am that I don’t have to participate in any of this stupid, imbecilic crap. And my career was safety manager. Can you imagine the hassle I would have had to put up with? Pure d lucky.

Not being defeatist, just acknowledging the reality that the Left dominates the court system. As a result of decades of crazy rulings Americans have lost faith in what oddly passes for a judicial system.
I stand by my statement that we are a socialist kleptocracy. We have an overbearing government that controls and/or influences virtually every aspect of our lives. If that isn’t socialist I don’t know what is. Moreover, if you look at the Swamp, its pervasive corruption, and the ridiculous national debt they have racked up to milk the country dry, there’s no other term that is more applicable than ‘kleptocracy’.

Also, there have been reports of "secret contracts" between Big Pharma and European governments-Are there "secret contracts" between Big Pharma and our government?
And, out of curiosity:
If one considers the possibility that this could really be a "scamdemic", and looking at factors such as, Gain-Of-Function Fraudci's connection to Wuhan, and including the plan for the great reset (look it up):
Has anyone checked to see if there are any connections between Big Pharma and Wuhan, or any of the previously mentioned characters/institutions?
(Admittedly, it would involve a level of heinousness, hard to fathom, on the part of those who participated in it, if connections are found. They would have to be calloused people, with no regard for humanity, to have done this much harm, intentionally)
Then again, I never even considered, that CCP virus patients would be DELIBERATELY sent to nursing homes, with the most vulnerable, and those most likely to die, if they caught it.
I never thought pharmacists would refuse to fill prescriptions from doctors, for early treatments, such as Hydroxychloroquine.
And what about Ivermectin? If these (hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin), had been implemented at the start of the CCP virus, there likely would not have been lockdowns, or any of the horror that has been inflicted on the entire world.
But, then again, Big Pharma would not be raking in the billions of dollars from these FORCED mandates, that they are now.
And we could add another question:
Wy are the adverse reactions to these "vaccines" being ignored?
(Why haven't they been pulled, considering the number of incidents that have been reported, and in light of history-where vaxxes were stopped because they killed as few as 3 people? The numbers of people damaged from this vax are the worst/highest in vaccine history, AFAIK.)
Why are they even continuing to FORCE them on people, and now children, for a virus that has a 99.8% survival rate?
(There is also a question -raised by some- of if it, CV-19, has really been isolated, and if Delta variant is based in reality-Strange as these questions sound, shouldn't they be answered? And why is it that no one is "ALLOWED" to ask any questions about the "vaccines", without being censored by Big Tech?)
And then, consider that the vax manufacturers HAVE ZERO LIABILITY, for any harm they might cause, ZERO.
Imagine if unethical politicians teamed up with morally bankrupt individuals in Big Pharma, to FORCE EVERYONE, to take "vaccines", that they have NO liability for.
Wouldn't this result in billions of dollars in profits for Big Pharma, and likely large amounts of money going into the pockets of politicians in kickbacks?
IMO this is NOT out of the realm of possibility.
All questions raised, need to be thoroughly investigated and answered.
But the final, most important point, is that if we let them get away with this forcing jabs, IT WILL NEVER END.
They will be able to force you to be injected with ANYTHING, (regardless of it is harmful to you, or your child's health, or if it kills you), even if you have religious or moral objections, (Example: it could be something made from aborted babies, or tortured puppies, but they could FORCE YOU TO BE INJECTED with it).
They could force ANYTHING ON YOU, ANYTIME, AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT. AND THEY ANSWER TO NO ONE.
You will no longer have any say in what they can do to you.
Do we really want politicians, and government, TO HAVE THAT MUCH POWER OVER US?
