Wow. I just checked my state and I don’t see anything like that. Good thing, in 2020 I dropped off both mine and my wife’s ballots at a local fire station. Hey, I had walked our dog down there, so I had a “witness” that at no time on the 30 minute walk to the fire station did I do anything funny with my wife’s ballot.
