Global COVID-19 cases exceeded the grim milestone of 250 million on Monday, according to Reuters, a sign that infections are still on the rise worldwide even as a number of countries begin to scale back restrictions.
While cases are still increasing globally, the rate at which they are being reported has slowed. According to a Reuters analysis, the average number of daily cases has dropped by 36 percent over the course of the past three months.
More than 50 million people, however, are still being infected with the virus every 90 days, according to the news service's analysis, which is largely driven by the highly infectious delta variant.

Yep, and data and numbers have probly never been as worthless in the history of the world.

The “Spanish flu” lasted from February 1918 through April 1920 and came in 4 “waves” during a time where no antivirals or antibiotics were available and world travel was by sea. Have all of our lockdowns and efforts really been any more effective than 100 years ago? The biggest difference is the media fanning fear and governments wanting to be seen as doing something.
Emphasizing that I am not medically trained, asymptomatic cases of CV19 can be argued as natural immunity at work.
Artificial lighting urbanites might consider including vitamin D3 in their healthy diet in my non-medical opinion.

Italy lied about the number of actual cases so I do not believe the numbers now from this story. We know if anyone dies of anything it is counted as a covid death as gov’t gives the hospital more money.
