Have you ever considered feeding your dog RAW dog food?
We feed ours a mixture of RAW chicken backs, RAW ground dog food(beef, poultry, etc) and kibble.
Also, supplement 100% canned pumpkin or squash.
Shes allergic to that stuff, Except pumpkin.
