If he is found not guilty based on self defense then I think these radicals rioting and intending to kill anyone not on their side will be in danger, as they should be. >>>>>>>>>>>

Agreed.

At least it will be so in Wyoming and Texas, bt places like Connecticut , Washington State , Minnesota...not so sure.

But as you say, the lines of fire are now being established. I think though that they are being established whether Kyle is founed guilty of not.

Watch for new legislation in many states allowing the use of deady force for the protection of property against arson and looting. The communists are saavy. First they fefund the police, local politicians require LEOs to stand down from enforcing the law ( that should be a crime, one of conspiracy), and encourage the wilding of anachists and communists in their cities and towns.

Who will stand in for the police. In America its alwaus been the armed citizen. So that is what we must do, pass stae laws allowing the use of deadly force for the preservatioon of property. Secondly the use of deadly force for the apprehension of a felon.

Once those laws are passed in every state, the commies will not stand a chance.

I believe Kyles case illustrates how vulnerable we can be without these laws in place.Who will stand by and watch one’s life work go up in flames without drawing down? That is just not American. We are not bleating sheep like the commie left wants us to be.

I have to review NYS law, but I believe deadly force for arson is allowable.
