Didn’t he repeatedly claim that he had irrefutable proof of Trump-Russian collusion? Yet never produced such evidence.
If he “couldn’t have known”, then please explain why he went before every TV camera he could find and pushed the false narrative as if it was a known fact?
First off, I’m not sure that lying to the FBI is necessarily illegal, except in certain sworn situations. Second, lying to Christopher Steele? Who the hell is he to be in jeopardy over?
In reality, any of the parties associated with this hoax — including Schiff — should have much more to worry about than lying to anyone. Especially members of the FBI who helped perpetrate this treasonous monstrosity.
Every single one of these people, Schiff included, dozens and dozens of them, were asked by the committee while under oath if they had any proof whatsoever that Donald Trump or any of his associates had broken any law or engaged in illegality, they all said “No.”
All of them. Every single one of them. Every one.
Then, as soon as they left the closed hearings, they (And most egregiously Schiff) would get in front of a camera and tell the world that what they knew as fact was far worse than they were allowed to say.
