Project Veritas founder and Journalist James O’Keefe just received good news from the United States District Court of Southern New York.
His attorney Harmeet Dhillon tweeted this out:
BREAKING! The federal court has just ordered the DOJ to STOP extracting data from our client, journalist James O’Keefe’s phone, and ordered a hearing. Counsel for Project Veritas asked the court to do this yesterday!

District Court Judge Analisa Torres ordered that:
On November 4, the FBI raided the homes of Project Veritas journalists and former journalists, allegedly to retrieve Ashley Biden’s diary. The New York Times breathlessly reported the details, and once O’Keefe isolated the collusion between the FBI and the NY Times. Then, and only then, did O’Keefe call it out in a video posted Friday, November 5.

On November 6, O’Keefe was also subjected to an FBI raid, where they took his phones which contained his reporters notes, Project Veritas funding contacts, and other confidential information. The NY Times rushed to report this too.
After my VIP piece on the raiding of O’Keefe’s home and the attack on our First Amendment freedoms, one of our astute readers made the comment that the raid’s intention was less about Ashley Biden’s diary, and more to get to O’Keefe phones, which held his story notes and details on future investigations. Another reader pointed out that the FBI could also be looking to plant things on O’Keefe’s phones that were not there previously.
YES and YES, which is among the many reasons why Dhillon acted quickly to get it before a judge. She succeeded in her efforts.
We will look toward those dates to see what action (if any) has been taken by the FBI to restore O’Keefe’s property.
Obama appointed judge.
Too late, the FBI had time to get everything they needed and sent it to be leaked to its DNC operatives.
The FBI as a corpus needs to be torpedoed and sent to the bottom.

The Jufge probably wants to hand it all over, after being part of the determination. Weve seen them make a big deal over parsing the evidence, and it all goes to Prosecutors anyway.

FBI is giving a big FU to America - they know they are acting like the Stasi, they know the outrage some will have, and they know what judges may say - but they are doing it anyway, for reasons we don’t know.
Perhaps O’Keefe is still working on something much more fearful to deep state cronies that, and they want to send a message. Perhaps FBI is merely using Ashley Biden’s 1+ year old diary story as a pretext.
Since when does the FBI obey a judges order? Legal orders mean nothing to a rogue agency.
Come on man!! They’ve already leaked, to the NYT, confidential attorney client documents. You know they have leaked alot more that the NYT is presently writing articles about.

I believe the purpose of this raid was to extract information on his sources and current/future projects. It has very little to do with the diary. That was just an excuse. It should not shock me, but This administration (and 44’s) truly behaves tyrannical. This is exactly what we’d see in a dictatorship.
Not sure if James realizes this yet or not, but his undercover journalism days are now over.
I saw this coming when he struck a critical nerve on the vaccine whistleblowers.
At this point, the FBI has a list of every single operative within Veritas... and you can be rest assured they will be under constant surveillance from this point forward.
Any target they pursue will be “alerted” by the FBI some way, some how... it won’t matter who he’s investigating... this is now personal from the government’s perspective. Make no mistake about that.
They will shut him down.
And... if they can steal a presidential election, and force poison into the population, James better be relying on a higher power than the law for his protection.
I worry for him... but he’s got some Texas sized gonads though... thats for sure.

That’s what I believe. Or they want to see what he has, including sources.
Even if the judge tells them to stop. Do you really think they will?
Interesting that the Swamp is so scared of PV.
He will find new informants/whistleblowers. Or they will go to him.
He may need to start from scratch. But, he’s a talented guy and is probably motivated more than ever. He probably has undercover people willing to go to bat for him on this issue with the raid.
And that will be an incredible thing to watch.
