“his outrageously poor judgment in bringing a semiautomatic rifle to a protest”

PMSNPC may have a point here. He SHOULD have brought a fully automatic assault rifle to the protest and mowed down all the communists. Unfortunately, due to his outrageously poor judgment, he only brought a semiautomatic rifle, and he only shot those who were convicted felons who were also directly threatening his life.

Maybe that wasn't such outrageously poor judgment after all.

“In the case of Kyle Rittenhouse, a narrow view of the law of self-defense could provide an acquittal despite the big picture — his outrageously poor judgment in bringing a semi-automatic rifle to a protest.”

Oh, let’s talk about the “outrageously poor judgment” of the people 1) trying to GRAB that weapon or 2) hitting Rittenhouse over the head with a skateboard or 3) approaching Rittenhouse with a loaded gun aimed in his direction.

I have really tried to understand the opposition’s point of view but I just cannot fathom the lack of rational reasonable critical thought. The Rittenhouse incident has brought me to the realization there can be no coexistence with these tyrants. You can never trust them.

If someone seeing you carrying a weapon provokes that person to attack you, that BOLSTERS your justification for shooting them in any rational person’s minds.

Because Kyle was a naïve kid who thought he lived in America where you have rights and a government that supports law and order and he turned himself in to the police.

The Mayor and District Attorney of Kenosha are both brothers, and they decided to lynch Kyle Rittenhouse so they could blame the entire riot as a conspiracy of White Supremacist militias. They spent months trying to say that the violence in the summer of 2020 was really done by White Supremacists, and that Antifa didn't exist.

He is a political prisoner and persecuted for being a model citizen.

“someone might mistake him for an active shooter and try to stop him”

Yeah, Antifa ex-rapists really try to go after an “active shooter with a rifle” using a handgun.

I might - MIGHT - if in a store and I had no way to run. But almost no one does that in a violent, night time street fight. Nor would it be wrong for someone else with a gun to then defend themselves against the “hunter”.

No way in HELL was Skateboard Man a hero trying to stop an active shooter! Just utter BS!

The last democrat to get a majority of the white male vote was LBJ in 1964. Think it was FDR before that. Image how much better America would be....

Rittenhouse is charged with shooting and killing two men and wounding another.

******

RIGHT THERE tells you the people he shot at were WHITE.

If they'd been black it would have read as "shooting and killing two black men and wounding another."

What about the outrageously bad judgment of those who showed up to riot?

Why did he need a rifle? ummm....because those who showed up to riot the previous night in Kenosha and in various other cities had attacked people who put out fires or offered first aid....kinda like they attacked Rittenhouse despite the fact that he had a rifle.

I literally watched that sh!t unfold via live stream. I’m glad I didn’t go as a medic; I could have wound up like this poor kid.

The Left is so utterly dishonest that even lifetime Progessives are going, “Hold on, wait... What?”

The dim-witted prosecutor’s stories don’t add up. Jury deliberation ought to last about 90 seconds.

“In the case of Kyle Rittenhouse...his outrageously poor judgment in bringing a semi-automatic rifle to a protest.”

Really? Seems to me he was quite prudent given that one of his assailants was armed with a loaded pistol and had the intent to use it to kill someone.

Still calling a riot a “protest” - if it were a protest that would not have involved arson, vandalism, assault, etc. Protesters did not cause the incident - people threatening and attacking Rittenhouse did.
