A career criminal and convicted felon with an open domestic violence charge has claimed to be the unidentified male at whom Kyle Rittenhouse shot twice at close range but missed, on the night of August 25, 2020.
Rittenhouse has been charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety of the man known in trial only as 'jump-kick man,' for the flying kick he took at the teenager's head as Rittenhouse was attacked minutes after he shot Joseph Rosenbaum dead.
Now Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Rittenhouse in the head and narrowly avoided being shot as a result, after the then 17-year-old stumbled to the ground as he attempted to flee.

I’m sure he’ll be charged with a hate crime for kicking Rittenhouse. Right?!

If this is true the state knew who he was but denied they did in court and didn’t tell the defense

THIS is the real story. When did Binger know “jump kick man’s) name and why was he referred to during the trial as “jump kick man”. (The answer is obvious, if he testified, it would have ruined their theme that KR provoked the event but more they would have had to disclose that he had been given immunity before testifying). Did the defense team know or ask about his identity).
It’s getting hard to follow all of these players without a scorecard. Let me see if I’ve got this:
We saw yellow-pants man, jump-kick man, Grosskreutz, the Ziminskis, Rosenbaum and Huber all in close proximity with each other all night, and arguably coordinating their movements. Plus they all had records of violent felonies, and many had common political (radical communist) views, along with their psycopathy. Well, Rosenbaum was probably just nuts, and recognized as a useful tool to initiate an assault on Rittenhouse.
But this is all on video, pretty much the whole thing, and the very top levels of the Democrat party praised these brave warriors for “social justice”. Is it a conspiracy theory to wonder if this all might not have been completely spontaneous?

The Prosecuting attorney made sure that no criminal history information would be shared with the Jury for for those who would testify against Rittenhouse. The Prosecuting attorney's actions to cover up and also make deals to drop charges for those criminal witnesses needs to be investigated and sent to his states Attorney General's Office. ↑ 406

Anybody who thinks the defense hadn’t figured out who the guy was ahead of time AND withheld that info hasn’t been paying attention. These prosecutors are just like Mike Nifong.
